Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 June 2026
This policy explains how Fortitude Omnis Group Ltd. (“Fortitude Omnis Group”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website, fortitude-omnis.group. We are a company registered in England & Wales.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers this marketing website only. Each of our products — including Quizly, OSPulse, and Forever Paws — is governed by its own privacy policy, available on that product's site or within the app. Where a product's policy differs, the product policy applies to your use of that product.
2. Information we collect
- Server and access logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the site.
- Information you send us. If you email one of the addresses on our contact page, we receive your email address, message, and anything else you choose to include.
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Third-party services
To deliver this site we rely on a small number of providers, each of which may process limited technical data:
- Web hosting — serves the site and maintains access logs.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of the request.
- Content delivery networks — used to load front-end libraries (e.g. the styling framework).
4. How we use information
We use the information above to operate, maintain, and secure the website, to respond to enquiries you send us, and to comply with our legal obligations. Our lawful bases (UK GDPR) are our legitimate interest in running a secure website and, for correspondence, taking steps at your request.
5. Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. Emails you send are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted in line with our normal housekeeping.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability (UK/EU GDPR), or to know about and delete your data and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights (California CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any right, email us at the address below. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them through it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
