Fortitude Omnis · Ventures

We prove ideas before we build them.

Omnis Ventures is how we decide what is worth building. Before a line of code, we go and find whether real people already pay to solve the problem, put the idea in front of a panel that argues from the published thinking of nine people who rarely agree, and reach a plain verdict: build, reshape, or kill. Most ideas should die there. The good ones earn their place.

The principle

Ideas are cheap. Evidence is the product.

Anyone can have an idea, and everyone will tell you theirs is a good one. The useful question is harder: do real people already spend time or money solving this problem, and would they move that spend to you? We answer it with evidence, not enthusiasm. We are willing to kill our own ideas cheaply, on purpose, so we never build the wrong thing slowly. It is the discipline behind everything else on this site.

The method

Three steps, and a verdict.

01

Mine the evidence

We search the places people are honest, the forums, the three-star reviews, the pricing pages, the job ads, for the problem in their own words and, crucially, what they already pay to deal with it. Stated interest is kept apart from money that already moves, because only one of those counts.

02

Pressure-test with the panel

The idea goes in front of nine thinkers whose lenses genuinely clash, each arguing from their own published framework. One seat always argues the idea is dead, and a pre-mortem asks why it has failed a year from now. A panel that agrees with you is a mirror, not a panel.

03

Decide, in the open

The idea comes out sharpened, its riskiest assumptions ranked, the cheapest test to run next named, and a plain verdict attached: build, reshape, or kill, with the evidence behind it. No flattery, and always able to say no.

The panel

Nine people who rarely agree.

The value isn't any single voice, it's where they collide. Each take is a simulation, built only from what that person has actually written or said, grounded in their real frameworks and labelled as such. We put no words in anyone's mouth.

The tool

Run it on your own idea.

The panel and the evidence pass are packaged as a free Claude skill, Idea Mining. Point it at an idea of your own and watch it do to you what it does to us: find the demand, or fail to, and tell you plainly whether to build. It's the front of the process. The rigorous engine is what we run alongside a partner on a real bet.

Free to use and share. Drop it into your Claude skills folder and describe an idea. It pairs with a companion skill, Marketing Council, for the go-to-market once an idea earns its build.
